U.N.I.T.E-US-ALL FESTIVE HOLIDAY EVENT
U.N.I.T.E is extremely excited to announce that we will be hosting our premier Festive Holiday Event.
This holiday event will be held entirely outdoors and will take place on December 19, 2020 from 1:00-5:00pm at Riverside Park in Carleton Place.
As U.N.I.T.E focuses on exercise, our superheroes and their family members will follow along a few different stations to answer holiday riddles and participate in different small physical activities. The event will ensure that COVID19 restrictions are adhered to (specifically maintaining physical distance of a minimum of 6 ft. between families and no more than 25 people in the circuit at any one time). There will be short walking distances between the stations. We anticipate that it will take the superheroes approximately 30-40 minutes, if all stations are completed.
By December 18, 2020, we ask all families to:
· sign up for a time slot (ie. a specified hour), in order that we can coordinate the schedule so as not to exceed the maximum participants at any one time
· provide the number of family members that will attend the event
Each family will receive an email by December 18, 2020 providing the specific time (during the requested hour time slot), and any further details that will be needed for the event.
